This question bugged me all weekend

I've had a question nag me all weekend after I published my new website (which you’ve found! Thanks!) and announced my new coaching business.

It's really been bugging me but I think I've now figured out what to do. (More on that later in another post.)

The question pressing on me is: How do I separate myself from everyone else out there who's offering coaching, who's promising as much as I deliver?

We're all exposed to so much hype these days...everyone claims to have the answers we all want. And, sure, some (or many) do have things to offer that can be of value. But how do you know?

I can help YOU identify what would work best for you...

Think about your own experience...Think back...How did you identify resources that actually ended up working for you?

We're all very experienced at using our brains/minds to 'logic' our way to a decision and that can work. After all, we've done that our whole lives and it's gotten us this far.

Or maybe you'd attribute your successful connections to luck. (Actually, no such thing. You manifested that result...Well done, you!)

But I'd submit the best way to move forward is not the mind but using our intuition, our gut sense, specifically your heart.

I learned early on on my path to breathe deeply and slowly, become very calm, and then ask myself questions. That way, I'm not talking to my mind (which is very limited in what it knows) and instead am connecting with my heart (which has a far broader picture of what is).

When it comes to getting true, solid guidance, there's a BIG difference.

So, suggesting the impossible here, if I were you and were reading my website I wouldn't just be reading it. I'd be breathing deeply and asking myself how it feels to me...

Specifically, I'd breathe, get calm then start reading. And, as I move forward, I'd take another breath and then ask each of these questions, one at a time...

[Breath] "How does this feel to me?"

[Breath] "Does this feel true and honest?"

[Breath] "What's my reaction to this? Does this appeal to me?

[Breath] "Is this for me?"

[Breath] "Does this feel like more hype, another overpromise, or does this

feel different, more legitimate, more relaxed and confident?"

You get the idea. The breathing is key not only because it helps you relax, it also helps you be present with what you're reading. In fact, it expands your awareness, your consciousness, so you are able to take in more information.

And the questions are key because you're telling the universe (actually, you're connecting with your Higher self and telling it) that you want specific information; you're not settling for just anything.

I trust this is helpful.
