FAQ
(Frequently-Asked Questions)
What would you like to know?
-
Usually, William lets you start by asking questions and then responding with his perspective on what you are describing, the factors underlying it that you may not be seeing or experiencing, and then offering alternate approaches to deal with it.
Often, he’ll also offer a salient tool you can use to shift out of or minimize your current unwanted experience or shift what’s keeping you stuck, or that helps you get to the result you desire for effectively.
-
YOU ARE THE SOLE DETERMINANT OF YOUR OWN LIFE CHANGES – INCLUDING THE PACE, THE MAGNITUDE AND NATURE OF EACH.
WILLIAM PROVIDES THE ESSENTIAL UNDERSTANDINGS YOU NEED TO INITIATE THOSE CHANGES—ALONG WITH TOOLS, GUIDANCE, PERSPECTIVE AND SUPPORT—THAT COME FROM HIS MANY DECADES OF STUDY AND PERSONAL GROWTH.
In other words, while he will gently nudge you forward, your growth is ultimately up to you and your desire.
(IMPORTANT: See other questions & answers in this FAQ about what this work is and is not. For example, it’s not a substitute for therapy and medical attention)

Only you can answer this question. Generally if, as you read this material, you find yourself feeling in your heart inspired to take the next step, that is often a sign to do just that.
(Feeling inspired is very different from getting excited and convincing yourself this is what you want to do, which is a mental process, not a heart-based process.)

William’s background for his coaching comes from decades of following a dedicated spiritual path.
“Spiritual” in this case does not mean organized religion or wearing robes and performing unusual rituals. Spirituality, as used here, is a way to experience “personal growth,” an inner journey of change toward deeper personal fulfillment.
While we often identify meditation as a spiritual practice, it is only one tool we can use. There are many, many others we can choose from that most people do not know about, that William shares with his clients.

Let’s be very clear. This is not therapy or an alternative to what else you might be doing now.

What William does is simply share information and perspectives—often considered spiritual or mystical—about “how things work” in our world, why things happen as they do (because they’re often shaped by unseen universal / cosmic / energetic forces). He also provides simple, effective tools that enable you to shift your experience so you can guide these energies to work more in your favor.

Check out the Work with Me page for reasons why people might use these methods…like overcoming fears and doubt, calming an over-active mind, stopping self-judgment, facing and overcoming challenges and reducing limiting beliefs.
Notice also: Do you feel inspired to do this or does this seem like a good idea? If you’re truly inspired, that’s usually a good sign this work can be beneficial for you. (See also the Will This Work for You? question.)

There’s a lot of misinformation and misunderstanding out there in the world about how things work and why.
Generally, people believe the key to advancing in life—achieving success, for example—is hard work. That is only a piece of the picture.
Also, people generally believe they are just human beings and are limited in what they can achieve or experience. They also tend to think that the challenges they face, both internal and external, are hard to overcome and may be permanent obstacles for them.
So, a big part of the work we do turns out to be focused on our beliefs, our judgments of ourselves and other factors you might not have considered—often because they’re virtually invisible and seemingly out of reach..
-
It starts with the client having an open mind to new concepts and perspectives. And a desire to make things better in their life. And, of course, a willingness and determination to “do the work” needed. (If the desire is there, the willingness and tenacity that’s so helpful is also there.)
Clients learn to let go of believing they have to work hard at this to get results; obsessing about results; believing they don’t deserve what they desire; feeling they have to earn the changes and the life they want; worrying about how they’re doing; releasing the desire to rush to the finish line, and similar tendencies.

I call myself a Life and Consciousness Coach, and that’s important to understand.
I’m not a life coach the way most people these days understand that term.
I’m not about focusing on you achieving your goals and the outcomes you desire. Instead, I teach, guide, and support you in doing deep, internal work to remove or shrink energetic, almost invisible barriers deep inside that you’ve collected over the years that are holding you back and limiting your capabilities and experience.
My focus is key because when you alter the landscape of your inner limitations and obstacles, your outer goals and outcomes can then arrive naturally, on their own, in perfect timing and according to what serves you best.
